On December 13, 2024, an educational center for hundreds of sisters was inaugurated in Koto village, Deh Sabz district, Kabul province!

This center was built in three months at a cost of 669,700 Afghanis, generously donated by our respected brother Abdul Faheem Khairkhwah from Australia. The construction involved some labor provided by local villagers, who fulfilled their commitment.

The center includes two large rooms—one measuring 12 meters in length and 4 meters in width, and another measuring 7 meters by 4 meters—a 4×4-meter hallway, a veranda 23 meters long and 4 meters wide, four bathrooms, and a water well. The center is built on land exceeding four buswas (local land measurement), which was donated by Abdul Qadeem Khan, a resident of the village.

Today, the center was officially inaugurated by Mr. M. Sadiq Safi, the head of the Orphan Care Afghanistan, along with local elders and religious scholars. All necessary educational materials were provided to the students.

This area is extremely underprivileged, and the residents are very poor. Previously, there were no schools or similar facilities in this region. The establishment of this center has solved a major problem for the residents. All the elders pledged to continue supporting the center, send their children to study there with enthusiasm, and ensure the facility is well-maintained.

The local leaders expressed their deep gratitude to the Orphan Care Afghanistan for this unparalleled initiative and thanked them wholeheartedly.

We have surveyed dozens of other locations like this. If any brothers or sisters wish to contribute to such ongoing charity, we ensure that 100% of their donations will be used to create similar facilities for sisters in underprivileged areas.
