We are pleased to announce that the survey of 14 orphaned families in Surkhrod District of Nangarhar Province, who were severely affected by floods and storms, has been completed, and all administrative procedures have been finalized. Bank accounts have been opened in Azizi Bank for the guardians of each family, and from now on, each family will receive a monthly remittance of 7,000 Afghanis. This assistance will continue for the next 8 months.
These families are currently in a dire economic situation, and we hope that this ongoing assistance will help improve their financial condition. The families have promised us that they will focus on the education of their children and not involve them in hard labor. We will, God willing, show you the impact of your contributions in the coming months.
We are accountable for every single rupee of your donation and assure you that 100% of your contributions, without any deductions, reach the deserving recipients. Each month, we transfer 98,000 Afghanis to these 14 families, with a bank commission of 1,400 Afghanis, making a total of 795,200 Afghanis for 8 months.
